My Blueberry Nights, 4 pieces × 40×40 cm (80×80 cm)

My Blueberry Nights is a modular study of blueberries, painted across four individual canvases that come together to form one continuous, almost abstract composition.

The title is borrowed from Wong Kar-wai’s 2007 film My Blueberry Nights, a story shaped by longing, distance and fleeting encounters. Its dreamlike atmosphere is echoed in the painting’s deep blue, violet and black palette, where the berries drift in and out of the darkness like fragments from different scenes.

Created as a seamless, repeating pattern, the four canvases can be moved and rearranged to form different versions of the composition. There is no single fixed arrangement—the owner can shift the pieces and allow the artwork to take on a new rhythm, balance and perspective over time.
