My work is built around the warmth of recognizing something you didn't know you missed. Taste memories are some of the strongest we have – capable of pulling you back to a very specific moment, years ago, in an instant. There's something about that I keep returning to.
In a world that moves quickly, I'm drawn to what slows us down: the analogue, the present moment, the pleasure of something fleeting.
